How It Works

THE FULL CYCLE.
FROM COMBINE TO PROGRESS.

Every athlete goes through the same three-step cycle. The difference is what happens inside each step — because every prescription is built specifically for that athlete, based on their Athletic Age™ and foundation results.

01
The Combine
Your club hosts a short performance testing event. AA runs it. Athletes complete a series of movement and performance tests and receive their Athletic Age — a single number reflecting their physical development level. Results push to the athlete's personal device.
Led by college and high school athletes who were exactly where these kids are — the combine doesn't feel like a test. It feels like the best hour of their week.
02
The Program
Each athlete receives a training program built around their Athletic Age and individual results. Short, focused sessions take roughly 20 minutes and fit between practices or during the offseason. No equipment needed. Every exercise has a purpose.
03
The Progress
Athletes retest at the end of the cycle. Athletic Age updates. Each new cycle becomes smarter and more personalized based on what the system learned about that specific athlete. The program never repeats — it evolves.

AGES 8–14.
THIS IS WHEN
IT HAPPENS.
Ages 8–14 are the period of peak neuromuscular development — when the brain and body are building the movement patterns, coordination, and athletic foundations that carry through an athlete's entire career. What gets built in this window sticks. What gets missed is much harder to recover later. The athletes who develop these foundations before 15 show up differently when the game speeds up and starts asking more of them. Absolute Athlete is built to make sure yours is one of them.
